Serenebrglow wants you to be completely satisfied with your handmade gift purchase. This return policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are available.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for standard handmade products from serenebrglow. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Standard handmade products from serenebrglow can be returned if they are unused, in original condition, in original packaging with all accessories, and free from damage or signs of wear.
Custom-made or personalized items from serenebrglow cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review custom order details carefully before approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by serenebrglow. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, serenebrglow will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Contact serenebrglow to discuss exchange options. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and timeframes.
If your handmade gift from serenebrglow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
